Paying for your order could not be simpler. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Delivery is free on all and every order. We will dispatch your order with our courier within 24 hours of payment by Royal Mail (tracked)
Should you have any queries regarding your order, this should be made to Smart Cellular within 30 calendar days after your order/dispatch.
We understand that there may be a time you need to return a product to us. We set out below your legal right to return item to us together with information about our separate “Satisfaction Guarantee”:
We offer a 30-day money-back policy on all of our products.
All goods must be their original condition, unused and in a resalable condition, including all packaging and accessories and a valid proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your order there will be a pre-paid returns label, returns card and a warranty card. Please keep these as these are crucial if you need to return the product.
Smart Cellular do reserve the right to inspect returned goods at our office, prior to a repair, replacement or refund being completed.
Returns are usually resolved within 48 hours however we cannot guarantee this.
By placing an order with Smart Cellular the Customer agrees to data relating to the transaction being retained and processed by Smart Cellular in accordance with the Data Protection Act or any statutory modification thereof.
The data so retained will be used by Smart Cellular for the purpose of accounting and marketing and will not be disclosed to any third party without the previous consent in writing of the Customer.
Smart Cellular subscribes to the data protection principles as laid down by the Information Commissioner and all data is held securely. The Customer may, by writing to the Customer Service Department of Smart Cellular, request that all data relating to them be deleted from its records.
Customers may also, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, obtain copies of such data that is held in respect of them by Smart Cellular.
